can anybody comment which would be the firmware that has been released which affected the battery life the greatest (best/worse lifespan)... seems some of the later released drains battery life very quickly...

my k800i upgraded to R8BF003 runs on standby for about 36-48 hrs...
with 3g off / no screensaver / display at 50% brightness / bt off...

i wonder if the firmware has got something to do with the battery drain...

I once tested my K810i R8BA024 battery life: BT off, 3G off, no calls - no use at all, and standby time is 13 days. With the same settings but making 10 minutes of calls a day, it lasted just more than a week.

I think K810i's R8BA024 is the current best firmware available, but K810i sports a 950mah battery while the K800i's is 900mah.
