> In which folder do you put your music?

Until now, I've just dragged it over to the phone, not in any particular folder. But I see there is a folder already there, called "music". Is this where the music files and folders should be placed?
I tried it, but the phone got problems with it.

If the files are going onto the memorycard they should be in the directory:
MSSEMC\\Media files\\audio

remember that after you place your music in the 'music' folder, you must run the Update Music function in your music player for it to show up.
for playlists, i just use winamp to create my playlists while the phone is connected to my PC via USB, then run the Update Music function. two things i noticed tho is that the playlist must be in the same folder as the music files. also, my P1 doesn't seem to like having music in sub-folders.
the Update Music function is very slow but i guess at the end of the day, it still works...

yay, my playlsits work, but i use WMP, and it works. u just haveto save playlists inthe smae fodler as music, like the poster said.

This means I will have to try it again. I ran the update process last time I tried but still got an error message.
But I will give it another try!
