guys i need help. i tried to cover all topics posted here in esato but i guess im still confused. I got a k800i with firmware r1kg001.
Is it possible for me to change the cam, acoustics , font and display drivers without changing the firmware to k810i and without any side effects? Some people ive talked to here in our place says i had to update the firmware to k810i for some issues may occur on my phone.
Im planning to use :
Ultimate Camera Driver v2.35
Peter's Acoustics v2
Centur_dispdriver0_v.3

whoever told you that you have to update firmware is wrong. Go ahead and use any version FW you like but i would recommend using the latest K800 (R8BF003) FW just because it seems to have better acoustics, camera driver in the main itself.
But you don't have to as long as your phone is CID52 have fun modding all you like.
