Hello i'm from Argentina. I tried to update the firmware of my SE K850i with SEUS but it told me that my phone has the last firmware.
This is the info from my phone's firmware:

The only way is to keep trying the update every few days. Or you could keep watching the W910i firmware overview thread to see if somebody from your region has any success with updating. The best bet is to just keep trying, there is no way to make you update come any quicker.

Is your phone locked to a specific operator? That may be the case. There may be an operator-approval pending regarding the new firmware.

That is a K850i firmware I believe, but there is a newer version available. But whether or not it is available for your K850i depends on whether your handset is branded (and then it depends on the operator approving the update), or what region your phone is.

SEUS says it is up to date!!!
the newest is 038 as far as i know...
