> Painfully slow K800i

I have a sim free K800i using it on O2 with latest firmware. Now whilst its been very stable its soooo slow when browsing pictures and menus though its fine with music. What i want to know is there anyway of sorting this my phone memory still has 60 mega bytes left and my memory card has over 300 mega bytes left. Why is it so slow its driving me mad and the joystick does not help having a mind of its own. Help.
