i bought a w810i recently and received the dreaded WSoD and when i brought the phone back they wanted to charge me for getting it fixed because they said it wasnt a hardware fault. secondly they told me it happened because i deleted some pictures that were on the phone when i got it! ... but surely if the phone gives you the option to delete, then it is possible... right? they told me that if i delete the demo tour too (along with the pics i deleted), that it messes with the programming! to me this sounds absolutely absurd... please let me know what ye think, your time and advice is much appreciated,

all they've told to you sound stupid. this White Screen of Death is a ramdom even. all you need is to flash it or let it be flashed by some mobile shop near you.
