I need some help i cant get SEUS to work on Vista this is what it is showing

It dosent even come with the animation at the start i tried to update my phone (w960i) over at my school but i couldn't cuz i was not admin.

i've experienced this one also 2 days ago. and i did this.

i opened: C:\\WINDOWS\\system32\\Macromed\\Flash

then clicked on the file: NPSWF32_FlashUtil.exe.

after finished, i restarted my computer. then started to open SEUS again.
