its however you use the word colours, you could use something really colourful or not, its how ever you interpret it.
Think of anything colourful if your struggling, the pic in the first post would be something i would enter, its a really colourful display at the bellagio, really colourful.
I can think of a few really original ideas, but i dont wanna give you guys clues!
