Hi i just got a k850i from car phone ware house but it's going really slow, when i play music oy phone it's so slow its hard to use i send a tx and there's so much lag in the phone or as i go through the menu's. I only got it yesterday as my other k850i i had the other day was faulty and had to be exchanged the firmware my phone is running at is R1CA037 it's a generic handset unlocked on all networks and unbranded is there anything i can do such as update the firmware or flash it to stop the slowness, and how do i do this as i'm a total noob to flashing thanks guys, Liam.

http://www.davinciteam.co.uk/K850/index.html and read the tutorials on how to update your firmware. It will still be slow, but it should be bearable.
