Hey first post !!
Anyway, I have used SEUS before to update my K850i's firmware and I have been reading the firmware thread for ages checking it for the latest news. I tried to load SEUS today and all i get is the loading video it loops round and round now i have browsed on here and i have deleted to db folder, i have tried it with or without the phone plugged in still no luck. I have reinstalled more than once and i am getting frustrated with it not working. I am using Windows XP
Please help me !!

Same happened to me, today.
I even tried on 2 different comps (1st Vista, 2nd XP pro)
Must be some updating going on

i just bought a K550 yesterday, and i wanted to update the firmware to the latest, so i installed SEUS, but all i get is an animation of the SE logo, and it loops over and over again. thought i did something wrong. so i tried it on another computer and i still get the same thing. this time i installed an older version. "Update_Service_Setup-2.6.11.7" and i get a message "The service is unavailable at the moment. Please try again later."
thought i did something wrong. i was relieved to see that i'm not the only one experiencing this.
