You can use every provider that supports wap and pop email!
Some of them also offer free sms notifies for incoming mails.

Yahoo.Co.Uk allows POP3 access for free (I tried it with the american one at yahoo.com but they wanted money) and I have it working on my T68i. You need to look around in the Yahoo Webmail settings (on a normal pc) first to turn on POP3 as it's not on by default.
