Hello, i recently purchased my w910i from ebay, which was sent from Hong Kong.

I really like my phone so far, but their are few issues i cant seem to get around, such as the internet doesn't work which disallows many features of this phone, is their specific Australian settings i need to put in for it to work?

Also my phone seems to not have "caller ID" option, i went through the manual, and where it was suppose to be is simply not there for some weird reason, any ideas?

By the way i am using a 3G sim card and am living in Australia!!!

I can't answer your questions specifically as I don't own that phone, but you could unbrand it with XS++ and get rid of the Hong Kong stuff.
