Hello
I ve bought an SE w960 because my k800 was broken. Now iSync can not support my w960 and i can not get back my contacts.

any helpful ideas?

Here's the text from SE's knowledge base:

Using Apple iSync plugin (P990i/W950i,W960i/P1i)

How to use

Once the phone plug-in installer is completed, connect your phone via Bluetooth.
NOTE: Disable the power saving mode in the Bluetooth settings on the phone.
Start iSync and choose [Device] > [Add Device]
Double click the phone in the Add Device window to add it to iSync. The phone should now be ready to be synchronized with iSync
