Anybody who knows something about this set?
Or about the HBH 10 itself?
I can get the HBH 10 Limited Edition set "cheap".
It`s not just the headset, it comes with some other stuff also.
It`s a big box and inside is this:
- HBH 10 Bluetooth headset.
- Charger.
- Adapter for Ericsson phones who hasen`t
built in Bluetooth
- Cool leatherholster for the headset
- A really nice velvet box for the headset
and the charger.
- Cd rom
The HBH 10 is the first and oldest of Ericsson Bluetooth headsets. So I`m wondering if the HBH 15 much better?
I can`t see the big difference between them.
Is it possible to upgrade the software?
Any other tip/comments?

Hi
I have the HBH-10.
Its quite good,..even better after I had it upgraded. They upgrade them for free at the service points
The service point told, that with the upgrade, the HBH-10 is pretty similar to the HBH-15 in e.g. sound-quality.
The main difference in the headsets, are the design,..and the HBH-15 got a bit more battery-capacity.
But then again, the battery-times are good on the HBH-10,..so it doesnt really matter, I guess

Real,
The major difference between the HBH-10 and 15 is the battery life.
I bought the limited edition set over a year ago. Works great... I'm traveling a lot, so the international power adapters come handy.
I would wait some weeks for Jan's BlueSpoon, but if you need to have a headset now, go for the first ericsson bluetooth headset ever made.
The firmware in the headset can't be upgraded.

Fredrik > you're wrong,..I just had my HBH-10 upgraded,..newest software-version.
So go get the newest upgrade,..its quite better than the first edition
Its just not all the service points that will do this. They dont all have the machinery for it
Jan
BTW: thanks for the Bluespoon-comment

Thanx!
I`m drooling over Jan`s Bluespoon. I can`t wait to get one, but I need a BT set now.
So I`m going for the HBH10 (with an upgrade) for now.

Thanks
Me I would personally like my little baby to be out now too,..but we have to wait a while.
Yes get the latest firmware,..it does make the headset better
BTW: a firmware-upgrade of headset is approx 25 minutes at a service point.
Best of course is, that its free

What is the latest version of firmware for the HBH-10, I have R2F on mine, sounds pretty darn good to me. And the battery life is pretty good. So, if my version is outdated what are the other sound enhancements made?

I have both a 10 and a 15.
The 15 has better sound quality, better battery life, and weighs 2g more.
The biggest difference, tho, for me is the higher max volume of the 15. The 10 is adequate for most situations, but when driving on a noisy road (or in a noisy car), the added volume of the 15 is nice.
But I don't think it is worth the extra money over the cost of the 10.
My HBH-10 is R2B, and my HBH-15 is R1A.
The Spoon is a cool little device, too. 10g with an in-ear microphone. Pretty cool.
