How to unlock 1.1.2 ?
This is what needs to be done. (Just Quickly.)
1. Download the 1.1.1 Iphone Firmware: Download it here. Save it to My Documents.
2. Plug in your Iphone to your PC. ON your Iphone, Turn off your iphone. Hold the Sleep/Wake Button, and the Home Button simultaneously. The Apple Logo Will Pop up. Hold it for another 20 seconds. The apple Logo should disappear, from that moment on, let go of the sleep/wake button and continue holding the Home Button for another 30 or so seconds. Your PC will popup with "Apple DFU Detected". Itunes will alert you of this. Click OK in Itunes.
Now, Hold Shift and Click Restore.
3. A file box will pop up, Select the 1.1.1 Firmware ipsw file.
4. Restore your iphone, when its done You will get a 1015 error, thats normal.
Now when your phone trys to boot, it will stay on the apple logo forever.
But itunes will recognize it, and it will try and restore it to your last backup. Feel free to restore it. It will put all your songs, contacts etc back on.
5. Download the 1.1.2 Jailbreak Software. Here:

6. On Windows, unzip the package, Click "Windows.bat" and wait for the java applet to start.
Then Click "Boot from Recovery".
Your iphone will magically Start.
7. Goto my guide on jailbreaking 1.1.1:

DONT USE ANYSIM 1.1 THO. USE ANYSIM 1.1.2u
If you can't find it in the Installer Add the Source:
http://i.unlock.no and install it from there.
8. Run Anysim 1.1.2u and Unlock. (Yes thats right, unlock it before you upgrade!)
9. Goto 1.1.1 Tweaks, and install OkToPrep.
10. Now Update to 1.1.2, Make sure you take out your Sim card.
11. Using the file from step 5, run windows.bat again, jailbreak your phone using the software. Follow Instructions.
12. Now Using Installer, go to Tweaks 1.1.2, install iWorld. Choose your country and reset. You can uninstall Iworld after you reset.
Done. You should have a beautifully functioning phone.
It'll take you an Hour or so to do it. Best of luck!~

just take a turbo sim and u can use it within secs. the problem with "traditional" solutions is, that u always have to avoid NOT to update the fone, otherwise it gets locked again.
