Hello everyone,
I have a K850 sim-locked (Telfort, a dutch telecom company), everything is alright but I have a bug wich is a problem now for me.
Whenever I open my camera ,the lens wont open and so the camera only takes and records in black. I read in the firmware overview that this was a common bug, so i tried updating my phone using SEUS. I never have any good luck so this time its the same, SEUS didnt find any updates for my phone.
Can some one please tell me how I can fix this bug and/or still update my phone with some good firmware? (btw, the camera did work!)

It's a hardware issue, so firmware update does nothing here. Visit an SE Service Centre.

Thanks for your replies both.
But im sure its not a hardware problem though, i googled it and read how peopled solved their problem by updating it.
Is there a other way except for bringing the phone back? (I dont want to wait weeks for my phone
)

So you mean that the little electrical engine or the little magnetical servo or something can't be broken?
Think again and return it.
