Just wondering if anyone knows if a BST-40 battery (that comes with the P1i) will fit a W960i ?
The batteries (BST-33) in our W960's dont seem to last long and the BST-40 is a higher power rating so wondering if it would last longer.

It does fit,it's a bit tight & it stops the irritating squeeking of the battery cover on my W960

cheers for the replies. so it does fit and work with the phone but sits a bit tight in the battery compartment. My next question would be does it make a noticable differance to the performance/increased usage between charges ?

devildriver's pic is a BST-37

Main reason I'm wondering this is that the W960 and the P1 share the same internal boards/hardware except for 1 or 2 minor changes (eg P1 has QWERTY keyboard and M2 while W960 is standard keypad and built in 8gb memory and slightly thinner).
Software platform is basically the same except the W960 has branding.

I'm also thinking back to when I had my P900 and there were 2 different batteries that were compatable with that one (900mAh and 1200mAh capacity). Wondering if may have done the same with the P1 and W960

My mistake, the Picture I took from Guenstiger.de is wrong, looked at "SE eShop" and it looks like this

@devildriver
Thanks for that pic. Clears a few things up. Just compaired the pic to my W960's BST-33 and the +/- terminals are in the exact same place and the recess's in the top corners are the same.

W960's BST-33 battery is 950mAh
P1's BST-40 battery is 1120mAh

Might just pay the Ģ40 and get one to try as I don't have my P1 anymore. Only K800's and 2 W960's.
