is it posible to duolicate sim cards? or change ur number without informing the network? or duplicating other numbers, etc...

It's possible to clone sim cards if you have the right equipment and software (not the cheap tacky rip-off stuff they sell on ebay) although it is rather illegal, you know...
I doubt that you could change your number without the network knowing about it though.
