from 029 to ea031 western europe unbranded works good without previous bugs but today i cant start my phone when i try to start keypads light is turn on and blue circle around camera lens with vibration feedback nothing more !!!i try twith battery for a half hour but again the same things happend ! please help anybody!!! thanx in advance sorry for my bed english

try the simple things first if you haven't already.

1. Take out the battery for a little while then put it back in and try again
2. Take out the memory card and try starting without the memory card (might be faulty)
3. Take out the sim card, clean it and put it back in and try again.
4. Try another battery if you can

These are just simple things, but have been known to cause phone startup issues.

Failing that jusst take it back under warranty. SEUS doesn't invalidate warranty, and if the phone worked for ten days after the SEUS update then it's quite unlikely the update was the cause.
