Just some question that crosses my mind to be out of my own curiosity.
If... there's any new 2MP Cybershot (with AF of course) who has more capability and quality than K750/W800/W810, have some better flash (dual LED or Xenon - any of them), with price range higher than K750 but still lower than K790, do you want to buy it?
Why? Any reason?
The point of this topic is.. 2008 is 3.2 - 5 MP era, so is there any chance that remaking a new 2MP Cybershot is relevant?
It is a simple topic, but maybe we can go far from this.

K550's quality is under K750, I think.
Say.. this new 2MP Cybershot has the win quality compared to any previous 2MP phones.
Do you want to buy it? Or do you buy the 3MP ones instead?

IMO, C702 is not a high-end device. SE may keep C5xx for a more affordable version (2MP+AF as you wish may be?).

Well it ain't gonna happen but, if, only the small things mentioned above, SE add to K550 and launch at a slightly higher price than K550, I would buy one...

Interesting. Though it will become more expensive than K800 I think.
