I need to convert this to a W800i PLEASE HELP.
I have an account with DAVINICI and totalserver.net and none of them are helpful HELP !!

If you have CID49, you won't find firmware with english and french language, but if you have CID36, search for : W800_R1NA005_MAIN_EU_1_CA_RED36;
W800_R1NA005_FS_EUROPE_1_RED36 and CDA102430/9, then use "Setool" to flash .

I can't flash a CID49 with a CID 36

I converted my k750 to a w800 using Wotan's client but that was about a year ago.. They provided excellent support and answered all of my questions in a matter of a few hours.. I don't know if they are still good with tech support though.. Like I said it was a while ago.
