Is there any way to hack somebody's sms (either incoming or outgoing) ? B'cos whenever my girlfriend sends me an sms, i get the same sms like 4-5 times over from her mobl. And even she has no clue as to why...??? anybody knows why its happening?

It's because your mobile carrier (I suppose). It happened to me during new year's eve, a couple of years ago.
