> Inbox full but it only has 10 SMS in it

I flashed my S500 with w580 firmware. The phone works fine but I keep getting a text telling me that my inbox is full when I only have 10 SMS in it. Does anyone know what the problem is and how I can fix the phone so that it can store more than 10 texts?

Slightly off topic but just looked at the wifes phone (Nokia 6300) and she's got 1287 messages in her inbox and 1188 in the sent items, not bad for a mid range phone. And still no message flagged about nearing maximum capacity.

nowadays phone can save up to 1000 messages.
if your inbox n sent total 10 n than it say "full", than try master reset everything.

Yes, I've checked my sent items box too. I've installed a lot of flash themes on the phone. If I master reset, will I lose them?

where you can set how many texts in your inbox to be kept?
if so try adjusting it to higher value..
ive got this feature on my phone its a nokia though!

Yeah on e series and n series Nokias you've got the option of storing messages to the memory card.
