Hi, i had a search but couldnt find anyone else with this problem, the thing is, when i open the flap on my camera, the little black thing that covers the lense wont open therefore all i see is black, is there a way to fix this?

Thanks for the reply, yeah its just like that, but the black thing is permantly shut and it does look like there is a slight crack on the black bit unless its meant to look like that. ive tryed banging the phone to get it to open but it wont...
