hey, I was wondering if anyone could help me?

I'm not really an expert on anything technical but I was wondering if it is possible to install the Walkman MP3 player onto a k550i as the MP3 on that phone is kinda basic?

You've already got a walkman Player on the K550. the thing is that it's version 1.0
It was good when it was released, but now it cannot be compared to v2.0 and especially v3.0
AFAIK, no there is no way.
(flashing the phone software migh lead to unwanted consequences)

I have flashed my K550 with W610 software and the changes/additions are great...

walkman 2.0 with skins, flash themes and walls...

just before i flash my fone, are there any major...or just any draw backs to flashing to the w610i software?

Flashing the k550 to w610, the camera on the k550 will not automatically come on when opening the shutter. You will have to press the camera button to activate the camera
