Hey im trying 2 get free internet on my phone i live in trinidad can any one help there is digicel and bmobile or is there any proxy adress i can use thanks

there is simply no such thing.
Even a proxy can't help - you still need to connect to a cell tower somewhere before you even reach a proxy.
