I just received my P1i, upgraded from my m600i. I noticed the screensaver will only come on if I'm on the Standby/Home screen. If I'm looking at my contacts for example, the screen will dim and the screensaver will not come on. Only works on the standby/home screen. I have tried restarting and I have the latest firmware. Is this normal operation, any ideas?

It works for me, switch the no. of minutes to 1 min and test again.

Switch what to 1 minute, the power saver under backlight? The power saver is set to 2 minutes. But screensaver only comes on in the standby screen.

Can someone verify this for me, will the screensaver come on only from the standby screen, otherwise dim in other menus/screens?
