How can i remove all my patches i know that i can using jdflasher and selecting remove (yes) when asked to, but i don't have the patches to remove them and i can not find them. Can i flash the main, fs or both so i can start fresh or do i have to find the patches?

Flash only Main and you will get rid of all your patches (including the quick access patch, which means that you will have to flash it again).
There is no need to flash FS

You are probably using a patch that's not for your firmware version.
Are you sure that the patch you are trying to patch matches your firmware version?

If it does, then the patch could be buggy...
