Hello All,
I am a new user to the site and would like to say its one of the best sites I have seen relating to Mobile phones (for Sony Ericsson atleast
) Ok, straight to my question -
Can someone give a brief primer on how to create ringtones , put it on the site, and send it to the phone through SMS when someclicks on it. What format should I save it in, how do I SMS it..which phones would support receiving it (including Nokia phones). Links to tutorial websites will do to.

As for the sms option, you would have to execute a server side script like php or cgi which would link to a sim card, so it would be very difficult. Not quite, you would have to use a ringtone converter to change them. There are a few threads on here if u want to know some good ones. Not too sure about the server scripts, try a search on google, cos i know that some sites do let you download some.
