> new font crashes opera mini and P1i
Bookmark topic
I cahanged my phones font to the very cool if small sony sketch font,
but,
once I loaded up opera mini it said it was loading the new font, but it very quickly reboots the phone, every time it is opened.
Just warning everyone, is this usual/solvable?

remove the m2 and restart the phone again, then again put m2 and restart, this should solve it

@Nipsen
Maybe....diezil has made another font that he/she says doesn't cause this problem, & that is stated as having all the chars.

..strange thing. I have this font without the characters that's half the size of the original or something, and it seems to work fine. ..Maybe it's too many characters?

trying the suggestion right now, i thought i had the latest version of the font, 2.0.5 rings a bell. Where's this new version of the font that doesn't cause the crash?

not sure if the fix worked but i just decided the fix worked but i just decided that the font was too small. I'd love a bigger version. Can any font be used?

Yes, as long as they're true type fonts (.ttf), but you have to rename the new fonts exactly as the old ones are named.

Thanks I'll try some out, the thread on fonts just seems to be about the z8 font which I didn't like.
