> p1 strange problem

I have this phone for 1 week and it's giving me problems since first day! Everything is working well till I leave the phone on standbye for 1-2 hours(sometimes even after 10min), then when I try to use it again there is no sound(even if it's turned on) and i can't make or recive calls and sms!!! It does the same when it's charging and I must reset it to continue charging...and to get sound,calls etc. I have tried to change the software, master reset and format internal disk but there was no change......what more could I try??? Please help!!!
P.S. Sorry for my bad english I'm from croatia......I hope you will understand it:)

it sounds like a defective unit. try going back to where you got it and exchange it for another one.

If I went in first 3 days they would exchange it....now I have to send it to service. But the problem is that I have debranded it and don't know how to return t-mobile firmware!?

You'll need to change the CDA back to the T-Mobile one then update with SEUS. I think the only way to do that is with a custom GDFS script, which I don't know how to do.

I had similar symptoms with my old P990 which was replaced by SE at the service center.
You should write down the symptoms very clearly and take it to your local SE service center, they will probably replace it.

Thanx guys but does anywone know how can i rebrand it on t-mobile croatia? I have made gdfs backup but when it was debranded i have made a backup again(don't ask why) and the old one was automaticly overwrited!!! Now I have 3 files: one gdfs backup(bin iso file), and two gdfs scripts-one it's from date before debranding and the other is after but both are 0kb!!!! HELP!!!!
