> Switching calls doesn't work properly

I'm not sure if anyone else has this same problem or if I'm doing something wrong. Everytime I switch calls, and then go back to the previous call, I can't get through. I don't hear anything. for example, Friend #1 called first, and then friend #2, and I answer friend #2 in the middle of a conversation with F #1, when I try to get back to F#1, I don't hear anything. I try using the retrieve call feature, but it doesn't seem to work.
If anyone knows of any fixes pls let me know.

Might have something to do with the fact that you CAN do this when you call them...didn't noticed a problem when being called. So...you can see the manual regarding "call waiting" options, they explain it thoroughly.
