Is your phone under warranty?? Take it to your service center... I think its a wire problem inside the speaker... You can ask for a replacement

Possibly try cleaning the fast port connector on both ends (phone and headphones), and give the 3.5mm jack a blast of compressed air. Otherwise, it's most likely a problem with a bad connection in the wiring, rather than anything easily solvable

Have a play with the connector while it's plugged in, my W810 suffered from this.
Move it about until you find the sweet spot where the sound is equal and in full quality.
Use some ethanol on both the plates on the FasPort on the phone and on the gold connectors on the headset cable and give it a good clean with a q-tip.

If that doesn't sort it, the headset is either faulty or fake.

If it has a hollow sound and lacks bass compared to the original/stock head phones
