Hi - anyone out there still using a Sony F500i - the Vodafone one?
I shut mine in the car door (don't ask!), and the screen is trashed. I got a new phone, but seems all my contacts are on the old phone, and not in my SIM!
The F500i still works - makes and receives calls OK - so I think it's just the screen that's bust.
I need someone to walk me through the exact keystrokes and button presses to backup the phone contact list to SIM. Pretend you're describing it to a blind man - which is effectively what I am, without the screen!
Or does anyone know another way of getting contacts off the phone?

No, you don't understand.
The screen is smashed - I can't see where I am to navigate there. I need instructions along the lines of:
power phone on
* - top-right to unlock
2 down-clicks on navi-button
top left button
etc
... or another way to rip contacts from phone to sim (was in the Vodafone shop at lunchtime: they say they can't do it)
