Hi there i think i may have the white screen of death, can anyone advice me on how to resolve this and what is flash it sorry im not up to all this stuff, please help.
should i go to se.co.uk and do a firmware upgrade or something, just wondered how this will work on a phone that isnt coming on, ive a data cable is this what i need?

Most of the times, a re-flash would do the trick, this could be free or for some money.

I had WSOD on my V800. The service centre fixed it for free under warranty by flashing it with the lastest firmware. Better to get a service centre to do it than risk it yourself as it can go badly wrong.
