When i try and either sync my phone or try and back contacts up using

software it will not do it, it just says reading contacts from phone and then after a min says failed ?? Kinda annoying tbh

If you can't back them up to your PC back them up on your memory card.. Go into your contacts list, choose 'options' (left soft key) then choose 'more', then choose 'advanced' then 'Back up to m. card'.

It's doesn't exactly solve your problem but at least it might give you a little peace of mind.

Got it working

Just did a repair of the software, although the backup and restore did'nt work the contacts bit did. Should have tried that really before posting.

Ah well here if anyone else ever gets the problem now
