I just installed BT Monitor 3 on my Windows Vista Toshiba laptop. Installed fine but after I joined the P990 to the BT Monitor it says Windows needs to install drivers for this device (Bluetooth PNP). I cannot locate them. I tried the disk that came with the phone. The BT Monitor says P990 is connected but Vista keeps asking me to find the drivers everytime I reboot. I would like to install PC Suite after I fix this. Thanks in advance, James

yep same problem seems vista has problems with a lot of programes my bt does exactly the same thing and my webcam wont work either and thats logitec. i know it sucks but till the manufactures surport vista you cant use it. if u do come across a fix let me know. i just use my card reader at the moment but hope they fix this soon

same problem with my IBM X61.
as sometime, i use my laptop connect to internet via 990i bluetooth.
