Don't you just hate fake metal? Why paint a plastic button to make it look like a metal button? Why not have a proper metal button or just make it look like plastic to start with. The shutter release button on my P1i is turning white around the edges where the fake chrome finish is wearing off. Cheap.

Mine also started to turn white, plus the power button. I wish they use the color black (like the shortcut button) or simply use gray buttons. And i don't like real metal button because it eventually will get rusted and get ugly like I seen it on Samsung phones.

yeh i've had my fone for a year now, camera button's gone whie/half metal, but i have to say one thing, the p1 is one of the best build quality fones i've seen so far . . .
