> Problem with Logos Unlimited

Is anyone having trouble contacting the people at Logos Unlimited? I have purchased a log from them but am having trouble using their ericsson client. The server returns an error saying unknown user name.
Steve at Logos Unlimited said he would check to make sure that everything was set up correctly on his end but have heard nothing since 12/23/02 despite multiple emails. Is he just ignoring me? Should I file a complaint through Paypal? Just doesn't seem right not to respond for almost a week.

Well it is the christmas break still for some people. I'm sure he'll get in touch with you soon.
Also, the server that you connect to doesn't acutally belong to him, it's based somewhere in Thailand and belongs to someone else. So, if some goes wrong on the server (like username gets messed up etc) then Steve has to try and contact the people over in Thailand to resolve it. That itself could take a while so please be patient with him
