Hi dudes! i was reading that w580's keys craks easily and i don't know if this problem has been solved by SE.
This is the main reason why i still don't buy this awesome phone
Are there any other problems that i need to know? because i don't want to have surprises

It's known for cracking, but SE know this, and our repair centre for example (O2 store) are also aware and repair it free of charge.

Yes the numeric keys crack, on my friends 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 have all cracked in half but are still usable. He's Left(select) key and back key now doesn't work, but can be fixed when taken apart.

Yes avoid this phone! A friend of mine had it repaired 3 times the last 5 months for cracked keys. She demanded a new phone now and got it refunded. Now she have a W890.
