Titanium then try under outlook-notes take a note and change something small like just a comma or a punctuation.
For me the sync dont alter in the computer when i change in the phone.

@FLASHBACK
I haven't experienced the sync problem with my P800. PDA version R1B30 and phone version R1B
@DmX
It is reccomeded that you charge the battery for 4 hours the first time. But after that, you can charge the battery whenever, how often and how long you want.

I believe this problem is linked to Outlook XP. I have read about others here that has this problem. I do as well.
I did some testing;
I ONLY synced todo (OK! both ways, to and from p800)
I then did the same with adress, calendar and notes; no problem. But, when I went back to syncing everything; same problem. Some things are synced others not. Very irritating!!!! I called SE support "We kave not heard about this from anyone else" !? Maybe if there is more of us calling the support they will look into it.
Or, does anyone have any other ideas??
