I am having this same problem. I have a k850i and using T-Mobile USA. I can still go on the internet with the WAP browser, but every time i use TrackID it says that "bookmarked results are currently not supported." So far I have tried clearing the cache, history, and passwords, deleting all my bookmarks, doing reset settings and reset all. Nothing has made TrackID work. Also this recently happened, TrackID was working for me before. Any help would really be great.

I have the same problem on my k850i, it worked at first and then that error starting to come up and wont go away. Tried updating, master resetting, everything, and nothing helps.
Sent an e-mail to sony ericsson as well, maybe they can help.
Didn't find any solutions online, searched through google and yahoo mostly and on some forums

with no proxy settings I have no internet connection at all and can't even get the "bookmarked" error. I am thinking it is my cellular provider somehow blocking this service, too bad it worked for a little bit and stopped cause I liked it a lot.
also, it seems like this is only happening to people in north america:
