Hi,
I dont know is it right place to post my problem. Sorry for this.
I am facing problem with my W810i phone, that, some times peoples from otherend cannot able to reach me. They are getting "number cannot reach" message. For this I have to switch off the phone and On it after 1 or 2 minutes.
Is it problem with my phone or SIM card?

Also, May I know how long battery works? My battery drains very fast. My battery stands not more than 12 - 15 hours per charge. I will be charging after 15% of my battery level for 1.5 - 2 hours. May I now, how long it can be prolonged.

It is "R4DB005", shown as Current software Version. Are you looking for this? But, Whenever I do search for update through GPRS, It given "your phone has updated software" message.
Also, My cellphone was purchased just 5 months back.
