> cannot install any java file

when i transfer it to the phone when i select the highlighted game the phone say operation failed and i cannot enter games from the entertainment part it says the same thing any help would be appreciated

try a master reset. if you have to, backup sms and contacts using MyPhone Explorer first.

There's actually lots of posts about this already, so you should search for those.
1. Try downloading and installing the file again
2. Try installing another JAVA file. If other ones don't work, it's a problem with the phone
3. Try updating with SEUS
4. Master Reset (backup anything you want to keep)
5. Format the Memory stick if you have one (again, backup things you want)
6. Flash your phone
Those are all listed in the order you should try them in. I'm no expert on flashing phones, so you'll have to find a post about how to do that. If you've got a K850 or a W910, which you probably do as they seem to present the problem most, you'll have to wait until the next XS++ is released, or pay money to Da Vinci or some similar service to have it done.
