Is anyone having (or had) problems with accessing applications and games?
Everytime I try to access applications or games I'm met with 'operation failed.'
I had this problem before, the network repaired but after I had it again they sent me another handset. Now I have this problem on this, the new (replacement) handset. I've only had this about two weeks.
I'm on the 3 network (UK).
I'm seriously annoyed, half the 3 or so months I've had it it's been in repairs. Even on this replacement the 'touch' buttons kept pressing themselves when I first got, and in trying to solve this pressing down hard I accidentally cracked the screen (didn't even touch it!), which cost me £30!
didn't want to use da vinci etc. in fear of losing warranty and 3 services.
p****d off!

if that doesnt work, then you are going to have to send it back unless you use davinciteam (but as you said you loose access to the 3 stuff unless you can find the internet settings for it)

I had this problem too. Just getting it back from repair today, second time it has been swapped. I think I'm gonna ask for a different phone cos this is not worth the hassle.
