I couldn't wait to get an 8gb sd card for the p1 and throw away my old usb drive. one less thing to carry about i figured.
but apart from a few buggy crashes and the infurating corrupt card messages the biggest problem is a privacy trade off.
i used to use truecrypt installed on my old usb drive - meaning if i lost my usb drive it was effectively useless to anyone else

now i have all my UNENCRYPTED files on the p1 sd card -
i'm not even sure if i could run truecrypt on it (probabaly) but then i couldn't edit files on the fly from the phone - but only from a connected pc.

am i missing an obvious solution? l

anyone else thought of privacy of data issues? or am i just paranoid?

how did you put an SD card into the P1, cause I think it only takes Sony M2 cards. By force, eventually?
