Do you?
*please don't look at the file naming format. otherwise, it won't be as fun as it should be.
I'll provide the original pics later. Meanwhile, just resized ones. (NO editing, but resizing in ACDSee)
And the last two pics are simply stunning, IMO. Surely this phone's camera is the best in its
specific class.
So.. can you guess? From what cam phone are the pics?

Surpising, indeed.

Is it? What was your first thought btw?
Yes, I'm quite surprised too. Actually, when browsing my archive, I have totally forgot of how good its quality was. But now I'm reminded, and I'm surprised. The color reproduction is just awesome. If only... (better not continue this sentence

)
Here is more. The colors are digital camera quality. It reminds me of what my iXus can produce.

Color is very good but the photos viewed at full size show more hints of NR than the HTC Hermes camera. The Hermes produces very good photos when configured properly (like
this or
this for example) but unfortunately it's white balance will sometimes be so bad that you're better of shooting in black and white...

I'm thinking a HTC based cam, most HTC used cam modules have almost perfect colour reproduction. The burning out of the white is also something I get on my TyTn2.

@AbuBasim
Can't see the pics. Have to be a member in the board.
@aksd & AbuBasim
So do you think it's an autofocus one or a fixed one?

Sorry! I uploaded one of my own samples:
(
Full size.)
Please open the full size and (while disregarding the horrible greenish white balance!) look at complete absence of both noise and noise reduction artifacts.

I already saw your other samples so I know which camphone it is.
I don't think auto focus matters that much. Some camphones have a separate macro mode to shorten the range of the fixed focus. The advantage with fixed focus is that the camera is ready to shoot anytime.

but there are a lot of pixel errors in the sky. 100% crop after desaturation:

Yes, a bit, although the saturation is maybe a little bit too high as the color of the houses are sand or cream. This is probably the closest I can make it in PSP8:
but there are a lot of pixel errors in the sky. 100% crop
after desaturation:
1. "After desaturation"?

How about before?
2. Those pixel errors would be due to JPEG compression - not noise reduction.
