I do not think you will find for your phone. I want the same for my spare phone, a K850i.
For my TyTn II, I use CE-Star, and can see Japanese, Chinese internet pages, see email in Japanese and Chinese and write Japanese, Chinese and English in appointments, address book etc.
I think I can use other European languages too.

For UIQ 3, I used Psilocs software.

There is free software to put Japanese on a Windows Mobile device. I recommend you read
