Ever wanted to just plug your phone in to your Mac and synchronise it directly with iTunes? Download an application called iTunesMyWalkman from the following address:

Once installed you simply set-up a playlist called iTMW in iTunes and you can easily sync your Walkman phone.
There are applications that work with a PC but I haven't tested any of these. Just google 'iTunes' with 'SonyEricsson' and see what comes up.
