What happend if I buy a phone from ebay or another placer instead of buy it in a "legal" or "established" company (like at&t, vodafone, telefonica, etc)?
Do i have a warranty if i have the packing, the guide?
Where do i have to go if my cel phone have a problem and it need be fixed?

You can avail the warrant IF and ONLY IF the unit you buy has Sony Ericsson Care warranty. Just like nokia care
